The 6th SFB RNA DECO annual retreat took place in Vienna at the Division of Cell and Developmental Biology, on 11th and 12th of September providing an overview of current research in the field of RNA especially chemical modifications of RNA.
At the 2 days event, we had speakers from all collaborating labs from the ISTA, MFPL, Medical University of Vienna, Medical University of Innsbruck, University of Vienna, and the University of Innsbruck. Further, we had the great pleasure to hear talks from our scientific advisory board members Mark Helm (JGU, Mainz) and Dr. Stepanka Vanacova from CEITEC/Masaryk University – Czech Republic. A guest lecture was given by Ernesto Picardi (University of Bari Aldo Moro, Italy).
